What we do
- Service attempts at known home, work, and frequented addresses on a fixed schedule
- Locate search if the subject has moved
- Coordination with licensed local servers in jurisdictions where required
- Documentation of each attempt with date, time, address, and observations
- Signed Proof of Service or Affidavit of Service in the form your court requires
What we cannot do, by law
- We do not impersonate law enforcement.
- We do not enter posted private property without permission.
- We do not use deception that would void the service under state law.
What you receive
You receive a signed, notarized Proof of Service or Affidavit of Service in the form your jurisdiction requires, plus a detailed log of all attempts. Delivered as a PDF, and where the court requires it, as an original signed document. Most papers served within 1 to 5 days. Pricing starts at $125.
