Howler Investigative is licensed in Arizona (PI License #1821288), bonded and insured. We serve clients in California, across the United States, and internationally. Remote investigations (backgrounds, locates, asset research, online identity verification) are available wherever the records and subjects can be reached legally. Field work in Arizona is performed by Howler-employed licensed investigators; elsewhere we engage vetted, licensed local investigators under our case management when physical presence is required.
