Locate & Missing Persons

People search and skip-trace investigations for finding individuals who are hard to reach or actively avoiding contact.

Clients usually call us for one of a few reasons. A debtor has moved. A witness is needed for a civil case or family law matter. A long-lost relative needs to be reconnected with. A beneficiary needs to be located for an estate. Someone has simply gone off the grid.

What this covers

The free online people-finder sites give you outdated or wrong addresses. A licensed skip-trace investigation runs proprietary commercial databases that aggregate public records, property and utility records, motor vehicle records, court filings, and known aliases. When the database results need confirming, we do a physical drive-by or short stakeout so what you end up with is a verified current location, not just the most recent address on file.

Use cases

What we cannot do, by law

  • We do not pretext utility companies, banks, or employers. Federal law (GLBA) prohibits it.
  • We also cannot force the located individual to take your call.

What you receive

You receive a written PDF report with the verified current address, the source records that confirmed it, the date of physical verification, and any associated phone numbers or workplaces also confirmed. Standard skip tracing takes 5–7 days; expedited timing is confirmed individually before work begins. Pricing starts at $499.
