Typical engagement
A typical engagement is scoped to the phase of the case. Pre-suit, we investigate the prospective defendant's collectibility, prior litigation history, and any public-record red flags that affect settlement strategy. During discovery, we locate witnesses, take written or recorded statements, and verify documentary evidence. Post-judgment, we locate the debtor and identify recoverable assets.

What you receive
You receive a written investigative report or specific work product such as a witness statement, locate report, or asset list, formatted for direct use in the case file. Pricing is quoted per scope. Custom work bills at $250 per hour. Volume pricing available for firms with recurring needs.
